Free of charge: children’s playground, grill house, outdoor kitchen, fireplace use, outdoor gymnastic area.

House rental price includes:
1. Accommodation on arrival day from 15:00 until 12:00 on the day of departure;
2. Free electric (finnish) sauna;
3. Bed linen, towels, firewood, etc.

• High season are Christmas, New Year´s Eve, middsummer day (23-23.06) and major events in Otepää- such as Tristar triathlon, South- Estonia rally, Tartu Marathon and so on.
• Middle season is everything else

*In parentheses is the cost of accommodation one night, when the house uses 12 people, means a full house
** From november to april the cottage is only rented out as a whole
